Adding Color without Paint: Interior Design Wednesday

I love Interior Design Wednesday!  Today, let's talk about adding color without paint.

I love having colored paint on my walls, but let's be realistic.  If you are in an apartment, renting or just have trouble committing to a color, painting might not be a realitic option!  But that doesn't mean you have to have a dull boring colorless house.  Here are a few fun ways to add color, without adding paint:

Add some colored curtains to brighten up any room.

Fun and funky throw pillows add color and life to an ordinary room.

Add a bold piece of furniture.  You can buy something fun, or paint your own if you like to DIY.

Adding simple accents like this towel, or the tulips can add a fun punch of color that isn't expensive which means you don't have to commit to it for very long!
