Earlier today I showed you how to make Brownie Peppermint Whoopie Pies. They are really yummy!
But if you're not a "whoopie pie" kind-a gal, or if you want to make your batch of cookies go farther, you can always make them into cookies instead of whoopie pies.

These are still just as good as my Brownie Peppermint Whoopie Pies.

i would make chocolate with mini reese stuffed in the middle of them with white frosting with sprinkles for the holidays.
