"Marshmallows" from One Ingredient

I love marshmallows.  I really do.

I also love cool whip.

It is a sick sick problem.  But I could literally eat cool whip by the spoonful.

I know.  It's weird.  And sooooooo delicious!

So when I found out that you could use frozen cool whip and make your own fun shaped "marshmallows", I was thrilled!

So simple and really yummy!  (at least for those of us who like cool whip :)

Simply spread a layer of cool whip on a foil lined cookie sheet and freeze.  Then use your cute cookie cutters and add to a yummy cup of hot cocoa!
