Yum. Peppermint Pie Pops!
There are probably some things I shouldn't admit. This is one of them.
I still have Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips in my pantry. Yes. They are only available during the holidays. I am kind of a hoarder when it comes to baking goodies! It's a problem I know...
Anyway, I thought they would make some yummy Pie Pops using my babycakes Pie Pop Maker.

After I made the pie pops and they cooled, I melted a few extra peppermint chips and dipped the tops of the pie pops in them! Yummy!

I love pie pops! I've made apple pie ones and they were a big hit! Yours look so cute, and I bet they are great with peppermint flavor! Very cute!
